Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ve got you. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or refund once it’s reviewed — no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first. If it’s confirmed lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out.
Order Cancellations
Since production starts quickly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
